Honey Boo Boo

So I don't know if you all have heard of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.  This show on TLC portrays a family just being themselves in an unapologetic way.  I personally have not watched the show but I have been seeing you tube clips online about some interviews she and her mom have done on talk shows.  On Jimmy Kimmel last night June, Honey Boo Boos mom was asked where the money earned from the show went.  She said that she equally split the money between her children in trust funds and donated the rest to charity.
For all those who say that this show is exploitative I say nay.  This show portrays a real family who loves each other no matter what.  On one episode Honey Boo Boo even remarked "Ain't nothing wrong with being a little gay, everybodys a little gay."  She knows at 7 years old what some people in their 30s and 40s have yet to grasp.  I believe that if more children were accepting like Honey Boo Boo, we could be progressing further along in our struggle for equal rights.  Honey Boo Boo is a down to earth little girl who just loves her family like anyone else.
